foreign language

due to our arh ~ ee ~ wu ~ A ~ oohh background, sam and i have been specially picked to undergo a fully-customized business japanese language course these days. supposingly we are to tap into e japanese market, however by judging at my progress, ive got problem convincing myself that i am ready to do so!

not finding any stupid excuses, ive got to admit that ive lost touch with e language - not forgetting ive not been reading a japanese language textbook for 8yrs?? many verbs and vocab sounds familiar at times but i couldnt seem to register them into my brain! for sam, that fellow is coping real damn well! as compared to a forever sleepy guy, me, it looks like an old man running after a train though. feel so sorry for myself..

anyway having a month's break from e language now. hopefully my brain could open up again and absorb e language freely (instantly) during every lesson!

e day i met obama

it might be misleading when we set our very first sight on e head title. well, to those who thought that its impossible, i'm gonna tell you it's possible! sometimes back in e newspaper, one of e articles reported that obama is coming to town for some meetings. and yes, e report could be true. there might be a day where i will met obama in town. i still prefer a photo taken with KY Lee though!

e event is approaching in a bullet-train-liked speed. i've been assigned to a task obviously it aint gonna be an easy one. to think im gonna BLOG it out here?? chey.. of course not lah. actually my info are all e info which you guys read from e papers, those who will appear will appear, those who are not appearing will not be flashing!

lots of meetings these days. worst still, all these meetings ONLY take place after working hours. back-to-back events have taken over my beauty sleep and when i thought i would be going home for an early rest tonight, disastrous meeting AGAIN, haha! eventful month of october, e forever unfinished tasks and almost impossible accomplishments... CHIONG AH!

relaxing day

it was pretty much a relaxing affair when dasmond and i hit toa payoh sports hall for e badminton session yesterday morning. why was it relax? because both of us got e timing wrong! both of us actually met up an hour earlier than we're supposed to. not as rushing as previous session. SO EARLY!! eventually we went shopping at ntuc to gear up for e bbq session which will be taking place in e evening.

other than minhua-ge, sam and i made e best partner for e double! we were laughing non-stop even though we're already losing half e game! "maintain".. thats our favourite phrase! well, its been a long time since i last met sam. other than his newly-spotted PURPLE hair, he still look very much e same. too bad, didnt manage to catch up with him much as he needed to rush off for his recording.

e usual badminton's guys were not around at e bbq session at dasmond's place last evening, i was there with mostly dasmond's colleagues and i felt kinna out of place though! im lucky as i do know a couple of them, but you know e topics which they struck were not really to my liking! haha! didnt stay long and im back home for e night. haiz.. so when's my next relaxing day again??? gone too soon...

cativan wedding

after months of preparation, ivan finally got cat's signature on e marriage cert. to me, e tedious preparation was a headache but i thought ivan was coping well. you cant help but e image of my own wedding day keeps repeating in my mind whenever i'm attending one. time flies - 2yrs.

in our own context, this "cativan wedding" (cat + ivan) is considered e wedding of e year! not as grand as christopher & fann's, but definitely one which both of us have been anxiously looking forward to since last year. i almost couldnt make it for e wedding due to my hectic working schedule. eventually with e help of my forever-understanding colleagues, i'm able to excuse myself from e stressing environment to be part of this cativan wedding on e perfect 10 (10 oct)!
