step forward

it has never been easy for e first step. once you've accomplished your very first step forward, you will realise life is so much exciting i supposed.

im nervous. im scared. i went ahead, step forward.

e only way to calm myself down is to focus on every step which i've take. i watch every step. i watch all my way till the part where i know that e danger is way behind, i let go.

should i say i've reached e peak of my current journey? commencement of a new chapter of life has come? well maybe yes. i could feel e insecurity which has been climbing all over my shoulders. i could feel the insecurity which i've protrayed to e others. im ashamed.

that is never what i've wanted e others to agree upon.

put aside e fear for all you can, now is e time for me to charge. i believe in destiny but im also a great believer of creating my own fate. i live my near-perfect life to the maximum. when i hit old-age, there will always be something for me to share with e rest.

we will see.

valentine day

other than e valentine celebration at tokyo tower in year 2004, this is another oversea celebration for joanne and me - this time round, e venue was set at e forever sunny nirwana resort, bintan. both of us got our fair share of sun, sand and sea. to fully utiized our stay at e island, we tried e indonesian-style hair treatment cum massage. of course having stayed at e resort for 4 times previously, e main activity would always be e indescribable scrumptious seafood feast at e kelong! back to e red dot this early noon, planning for e next destination is already on-going. while in e midst of planning, let's keep our fingers crossed.

magic show

ive got one of those rare opportunities to wittness such an exclusive live close-magic performance by world renowned no 1 close-magician, liu qian!

liu qian arrived early in e morning on e event day for a short rehearsal. with his current status, it's hard not to notice he has already behaving like a superstar. of course it takes no little money to fly him in into singapore for just a 30mins performance. u wanna know e amount? buy me a kopi, i'll tell you! * haha*

so what he performed on e night? in short, he drew a bowling ball on a scrapbook, split-seconds later, an authentic bowling ball dropped from e scrapbook with a loud heavy "pong"! i could see everyone down below e stage was astonished! apparently that very first performance of his stunned everyone in e hall. e hall was still. everyone took a couple of seconds before e real natural reaction of "woohh" was eventually heard within e hall!

kudos to him. as a matter of fact, liu qian was not fluent in english but he did try. however he ended up performing his 30mins breath-taking stunts in typical taiwanese mandarin.

e others kept asking why i didn't try to have photo taken with him? as much as i would love to, certain professionalism needs to be addressed. i think this is e best way for me to establish a better working relationship with both e clients and event companies.

anyway if that particular artist is hirosue ryoko, erm.. well i don't think i will miss those photo-taking opportunities! *haha*
