Valentine Day

To beat the crowd and tight working schedule compromisation, Joanne and I celebrated the Valentine Day at My Secret Garden on 13 Feb. This is our first V-day celebration after our heavenly marriage last September.

Lobster soup kick-started my candle-light dinner. Cream of Mushroom for the lady. Escargots followed next. Main courses, Beef Steak and King Prawn & Dory filled the stomach and lastly, Tiramisu marked the delicious ending to the lovely evening. In fact, Joanne and me were chatting and laughing at our own jokes throughout the evening. I thought that's was interesting..

Joanne is allergic to football and guess what, she "unwillingly" bought me a Mizuno football as V-day present!! Gosh!! Although I promised her that I will act surprise even if the present received was not "well-received", I was caught off-guard and that doubled my surprise! How could a lady buy something which she does not like (worst till she's allergic to that) to someone who she hopes that he will not touch it for the rest of his life? Mind you, she was the one who walked into the sports outlet and picked the ball herself! That's the best present I ever received I believe...
