Chinese New Year was kind of BORED for me. Not too sure does Joanne feel the same way too? The most look-forward activity was none other than the 2 Blockbuster Movies, Ah Long Pte Ltd & CJ7!
Movie-Ah Long, was kinna draggy for me. As most of the funniest parts were already out on the trailer so erm.. I kind of over-anticipated. It was a typical Jack Neo's kind of movie and I think it's a good movie for a laugh. Credits go to Jojo Fang!! I gave it a 6.5.

CJ7 was another classic workpiece from one of my All-Time favourite Artists/Directors, Stephen Chow. I'll never miss his show! I personally find this movie classic. It had some depth in this movie (especially the first 30mins) when the poor father constantly reminded his son how to be a good person despite the situation they were in.
Another thing I asked Joanne, how come there's always one chio-bu in every Stephen Chow's movie! Damn, since KungFu Hustle, this movie has got another chio-bu, Kitty?? I gave a 7 for this movie.

This evening, we gathered at Jonathan's humble adobe for a fantastic Ubin-like meal. Of course other than the feast, the annual Chinese New Year Blackjack was on the table! I lost $26.. I've got nothing to write about that. Just plain S*** Luck!
