Off Dayz

Having 2 half days of OFF within 3 days, erm.. kind of refreshing. Especially surviving through those brain-torturing events, it's always feels good to take a break. So what I did on these 2 off days??

Managed to catch up with my forever-flying kindergarden friend, Steve, at Central for a lunch. I recommended Steve to this Marutama Ramen and trust me, the noodles are worthy of your 12 bucks! Right after the meal, we're back to our "Hometown" for a session of Happy Hour, Karaoke! Noise pollution was created from 3pm-5:30pm.

Joanne and I finally booked our Europe holiday trip with the SA Tour this afternoon. We are excited and very much looking forward to our September's travelling. So from now on, gonna cut down on Toastbox for breakfast ya. Right after holiday booking, we made our way down to town to catch a movie, "What happened in Vegas". Sweet and humourous.

I remember watching that variety show where professional chefs imparted their skills to the Chef-Wannabe on TV. I remember vividly there's one humble-looking stall-keeper who was real hardworking. Today Joanne and I had our very first attempt at this stall and guess what, both of us were impressed. The roasted pork was similar to what we've tried at One Rochester; cripsy!

Incident of the Day: After having a mouthful of the crispy roasted pork rice, I realised that I've not paid for the food. Surprisingly the stall cashier didn't remember as well. Haha.. I actually went back to pay the 8 bucks and both of us were laughing (clumsy funny)!
